When showing bar chart distribution report results, enable sort by count It would be great if report creator has the possibility to choose "sort by count" when showing distribution type report (whethe...r tabular or bar chart type). So, for example, if distribution report shows bar chart, order of items would be from highest number of occurrences to lowest (or vice versa). More

Cindy, this is a great idea!! I would love this. The lack of this makes it difficult to move my user base from classic to WorkCenter. Please, SBM Developers, make this happen!

Work Center search facets are not allowed for user and relational fields. Currently when you create facets in Work Center to allow search filters on a field, you cannot create them for user or relatio...nal type fields. If users are accustomed to using these search filters in Advanced Search in the classic UI, then they do not have an equivalent way of performing the same task in Work Center. Please allow facets to be created on user and relational fields. More

I would love the ability to have distribution reports be sorted on somethign other than the alphabetical values of the row/columns selelected. This would be very valuable in instances where quickly id...entifying large expenses or big projects by effort is necessary. It also is excellent at displaying the "long tail" on any of your reports. I know you can manually do this now by editing the row values in the "sort" section of a distribution report but this is a request to do that sort dynamically. If Project A is the largest bar in a report today i dont want to have to update my report tomorrow when Project B is the largest bar. Having a Sort by value for row and column similar to the sum totals by option that was recently added (hugely valuable by the way) would be very desireable.  Additionally, it would also be helpful when you have a distrubtion that has a lot of categories (eg, rows) that vary in values significantly. It would be nice to be able to have the ability to chop the "long tail" and lump them into an "Other" category. Now, rather than having a distribution table or chart that displays a lot of rows with small values i could group all rows with values less than something into a grouped row.    More

Many customers want to perform time metrics on their workflows.  The current out of the box reporting makes this very difficult.  The general concept is to allow flexibility in the out of the box SBM ...reporting to allow the user to select a series of states, time periods, etc to report on the time it takes to get from step A to step B in the workflow.  The change history type reporting should include standard SBM functionality such as limiting the data to certain request types, or showing additional fields from the table in the report.  Some specific ideas are below. Average time in state – a report that includes all states (or allows the user to select which states to include) and calculates an average time that all items matching the report criteria spent in that state.  The “Time in State Duration” report would be Ok, if only it included the time in state for all states, not just the item’s current state.  The better solution (or maybe offer both) would be the same type of report as “time in state duration” but instead of a time range being entered, the exact average would be calculated.  A drill down option would display the list of items along with the amount of time each item spent in the state that was clicked. Changing the “average Time to state” duration report to allow the option to pick the start state and end state to analyze how long it took to get from step A to step B (with or without the steps in between) in a workflow with a chart. A state change history report that allows the user to select which states they want included, instead of automatically including all. Allow the user to pull metrics for how long it took a certain person or people to complete their process step.  This can be pulled from state change report, but includes all of the other state information.  They want to be able to select a state or states, and have the elapsed time show up for just the states they have identified, while also being able to include fields from the primary table isntead of just state change history. Please add dynamically sortable columns to the drill-down reports that descend from a distribution report.  While you are at it, dynamically sortable columns would be nice in the in-built system repor...ts too.   Please add dynamically sortable columns to the drill-down reports that descend from a distribution report.  It's inconvenient to go in and edit the report's drill-down just to see a different sort.   With the system reports, no defined sort is even possible.   Particularly in the Users report, to be able to wade through the deleted users, I always have to copy and paste, because there is no export action, to Excel and sort and filter the data there.  These are all small things that detract from a great/expected experience.  More
