      Identify the notifications that you want to test during process application testing. So glad to see the new feature for testing notifications in version 11.5.  It would be great if you could select th...e notifications you want to test versus and all or nothing on or off with the service.  The reason being, since the notifications results are sent to a folder, if you have a lot of notifications and escalations this could result in having to wade through everything to find the specific notification you want to test.  in addition it would make the process more efficient since test servers, in some cases, are not as robust as the production implementation.  Perhaps a check box on the notification to flag it for recognition by the notification test server? More

      We would appreciate the extension of the options to sort Activity Views. Currently the items can be sorted by any field definable as filter. But some field types like numeric or text can not be used ...as filter and therefor are not available as sort option.We would like to be able to sort our items by any user definable field. We want to give the items a kind of sort-number and then have the Activities sorted by this number. This would be really helpful. I know that numeric fields make no sense as filter so maybe the filter and sort function have to be separated from each other.   More

       Editing the System View of My Dashboard is counter-intuitive.  By edit, I mean add widgets.   There two ways to view My Dashboard, but only one of those ways will allow you to edit the System View ...of My Dashboard.   Case I 1. Expand Dashboards in the side menu 2. Select My Dashboard   Now to edit the dashboard you would expect to choose Edit for Actions, but this will not let you change what is on the system view.   Case II 1. Select Dashboards in the side menu.  Do not expand it.  Just select Dashboards. 2. This gives you a list of dashboards in the system. 3. Find My Dashboard and click edit.  This does not give an option to edit the widgets on System View. 4. Instead, select My Dashboard to view in the light box.   Now, you have the options (if an administrator) to add widgets to the System View.   Disired Fix Make both ways of viewing My Dashboard the same.  View it from the side menu should allow you to add widgets to the System View.   Add System View | Private View to the side view My Dashboard More

      Filtering would make Product Backlog screen more scalable for large data sets from existing customers who are trying to migrate towards Agile. The RM Agile Product Backlog tab has a scalability issue ...for customers who have thousands of features and stories.The 'Split View' for requirements is another view that would permit an option for filtering, but the Product Backlog screen shows Epics, Features, and Stories all in one compact view along with how they relate to one another.My RM customer with these 20-thousand requirements would benefit from being able to filter their Epics, Features, and Story records in the Product Backlog tab.As it is now, if I use the 'Split View' tab to link a Feature to a Release, only the feature is linked; none of the feature's story(child) objects are linked in the process.Until there are attribute filters for the Product Backlog screen, my users will need to use the Split View screen as a workaround. Please implement filtering for the Product Backlog screen for attributes in Epics, Features, and Stories. Thanks,Joshua Trosclair More

      We would appriciate to use If-then-else statements in notification templates. Currently only things like IF(canview), IF(auxtable), IF(itemtype) are possible and e.g. IF(Itemtype ist quite useless if... you use different templates for different Apps. If you're using system field ISSUETYPE and expect this to be the itemtype, it's not working. We would like to see something like $IF(fieldname,fieldvalue) Text 123 $ENDIF()Instead of "Text 123" $FIELDVALUE(fieldname) should be possible as well. The perfect way would be to have elseif as well or be able to nest more than one of these if's. Besides the option to use "like" would be great as well. $IF(fieldname,fieldvalue%) or $IF(fieldname,~fieldvalue) Thank you More

      Ability to reply to comments and notes in an SBM item. We have several customers who would like to be able to reply to comments made in the system. Like in most social media areas you can write a new ...comment but you can also reply to someone else’s comment and have your reply show up under the original comment with a slight indentation. I believe this is a feature that would be very useful to everyone using SBM. More

      There is a new "feature" which causes SBM to copy all field values to the new item during a post transition into the same primary table. Unfortunately this is activated by default. This happens even i...f there are only one or two fields mapped. If you remove all mappings from post transition and set just 2 new mappings, it should just copy these two fields to the new item. Unfortunately since SBM 11.4 it does not, although it's described like this in the manual. All fields are copied! Instead of fixing this bug, there's now (11.5) a new Setting in TS_SYSTEMSETTINGS which is named "SetFldsForPostCopyTransOrig" Here you have to set the TS_LONGVALUE to 0 to get the desired result, as it is described in the manual. If you don't switch this setting, SBM will always copy all fields with the same name. But this setting can only be changed in the database table directly. There's no option to change it in a GUI, like System Administrator or SBM Configurator.I think, any important setting like this should be reachable in some kind of GUI! So please provide a way to switch this. However it would be much more userfriendly to decide what to copy on a transition base. Maybe just a little checkbox inside the post-option menu named "copy all fields" if it's activated, the new feature is active an all fields are copied. No grid for the fields to be mapped should be displayed. If the the checkbox is unselected, only the mapped fields should be copied to new items. This would be the way it worked before 11.4.Actually all of this is unnecessary if it would just do what it should: "Copy the mapped fields" and "Do not copy what is not mapped". Thank you More

      When the Time Capturing is activated for a state or transition any user can see the values in the widget and even add new entries. This is not what most users want. Usually time capturing is for inte...rnal users and external users like customers or item submitters should not be able to enter their own time capturings. It would be necessary to provide an option for this. Either simply by adding some new rights to the security tab for the roles like "View Time Capturing", "Add Time Capturing", "Edit Time Capturing", "Delete Time Capturing".Or even better add it like a "field-like"-value so it's possible to assign a section per workflow, Transition, state and configure the visibility and the ability to be changed or not. Just like with fields. Both ways should bring the ability to hide the time capturing from specific Roles. Our current Workaround is NOT to add the widget on the forms. Then SBM puts it in the Change History Section which is hideable in the Security Roles. But this is not really what is needed. Could be possible that we want to allow the external users to view the Change History. More
