by Marek Wilczewski on May 20, 2015

Hi, from some time now in SBM there is possibility to add information about user skills, where user is in organisation and so on, but there is now way to create any report which will include this. Please add possibility to create a reports from resource information. For example all users with specific skills, All users in specific department and so on.

  • Yes, Dave is right, it's easy with Advanced Reporting, there is a blog post contains exactly same example:

This can now be accomplished using the Advanced Reporting delivered in SBM 11.0.

We are considering an extension to the product that would enable user attributes to be used not only in reports, but also in other areas of the product (e.g. workflow, notifications, etc.). Were this to be implemented, it should address this issue. I'm placing this "Under Consideration" since the broader use case was already being considered for the 1HCY'16 release of SBM.
