For Backlog and Kanban views & Reports, we need to show all items that do not have children, and use something like the subtask expander when clicked on, it expands children.

  • For Backlog and Kanban views & Reports, we need to show all items that do not have children, and use something like the subtask expander when clicked on, it expands children.

We have a workflow that has User stories, defects, bugs, features, epics.

Our Backlog shows All epics, features and user stories, but it only shows the bugs and defects if they are not linked to a parent. I need to be able to show the children without them getting a backlog priority, indented from the parent user story.

Kanban should behave similarly. (showing / hiding children option, based on feed rules)

See attachments for Expamples of how it's shown in TFS
